This long-term role is ideal for graduates in Psychology, Counselling, Criminology, Education, or those eager to build experience in therapeutic and mental health-based education.You will support pupils with Autism, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and social-emotional difficulties, helping them develop confidence, emotional regulation skills, and positive relationships in a safe and structured environment.Key Details:Role: Mental Health Teaching AssistantLocation: ReadingStart Date: ASAPHours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pmSalary: £89-£100 per dayMental Health Teaching Assistant responsibilities will include:Delivering 1:1 and small group emotional support * Encouraging positive engagement and participation in learning * Assisting with behaviour and emotional regulation * Implementing wellbeing strategies and therapeutic approaches * Collaborating with Teachers, Therapists, and Mental Health LeadsThis Mental Health Teaching Assistant role offers exceptional experience for those aspiring to careers in Mental Health, Therapy, Education, or Youth Support.
