We are passionate about creating an environment that is highly supportive, friendly, and flexible, and which will enable our team to do their best work.Product Manager – The Role:- As Product Manager, you'll be the person who keeps everyone aligned and moving in the same direction- You'll be deeply involved in the entire feature lifecycle- You'll spend your time talking to stakeholders across the business (CEO, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering and customers themselves) to understand what's important- You'll shape those requirements into concrete, well-defined projects - working out what's realistic to deliver. You'll then pitch these projects to stakeholders- Once work is underway, you'll protect the development team from conflicting priorities and changing requirements- After launch, you'll manage the featureProduct Manager – You:- We're looking for someone who can bring clarity to complexity and keep multiple stakeholders aligned without everyone pulling in different directions- You have experience in product management or a product owner role, ideally in B2B SaaS- You're excellent at gathering and synthesising requirements from multiple stakeholders- You have strong communication skills- You're organised and can manage multiple projects at different stages simultaneously- You understand the feature lifecycle from conception through to post-launch adoption- You have some technical experience in hospitality technology or working with complex stakeholder environments would be valuable but isn't essentialProduct Manager –Benefits:For the first 3 months you'll be in the office at least 4 days a week, learning from the rest of the team. After that you'll be in the office at least 3 days a week.- We equip everyone with a MacBook- Holidays: 25 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off.
