The data centre sector is one of the fastest growing sectors in construction and the need for its infrastructure will continue to grow for years to come. With the order book full until 2026, there is excellent scope for a high-performing Mechanical Supervisor to play a crucial part in this growth.The ideal candidate for this role will have experience, determination and be focused on delivering leading-edge construction solutions across a range of key sectors, including data centre and pharmaceutical. In terms of experience, someone coming from a data centre background is advantageous however not a necessity.Key Responsibilities: * Management of Site QA in conjunction with the Mechanical Package Manager including set up, management and close out of file. * Familiarity with and management of Project Schedule in conjunction with other trades, Package Leads, consulting Engineer and Client requirements * Management of all day to day on site operations * Management of sub-contractor activities such as tracking progress against schedule and staffing levels. * Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover MeetingsRequirements: * An engineering qualification or relevant work experience * Experience managing large mechanical packages within the mission critical sector * Good Computer skills in word, excel etc. * Fluent English * Flexible to travel * Proven record of co-ordinating and managing large projects * EU right to workWhat you’ll get in return: * A competitive salary * Living away allowance * Flights and accommodation included * Private healthcare * Discretionary bonusIf you would Like to apply for this role, please send a copy of your most up to date CV using the link provided and we will contact you for a confidential discussion
