Job DescriptionWe are recruiting for an exceptional Sales Director to lead a high-performing senior sales leadership team within a market leader. This Sales Director role is a true manager-of-managers position, requiring gravitas, strategic capability, and the confidence to develop highly accomplished Regional Area Managers, each of whom leads a high-performing field-based team.The teams you will oversee are based across the southern half of the UK, so the ideal Sales Director will be located in the Midlands or South to effectively support, coach and travel across the region. These teams sell consultatively, using data, insight and narrative to demonstrate value, so your ability to elevate this approach is essential.The RoleAs the Sales Director, you will mentor and develop a group of high-performing Regional Area Managers, each responsible for a region of commercially strong Account Managers who use insight, data and value-led storytelling to help customers make informed decisions.
