Working closely with the Quality Manager, you'll support a culture of continuous improvement—ensuring every learner experience meets exceptional standards and contributes to the organisation's goal of outstanding quality and performance.This is a Manchester-based opportunity to join a forward-thinking provider known for its commitment to learner success, employer satisfaction, and operational excellence.As an Internal Quality Assurer, you'll coordinate and carry out purposeful quality assurance activities that inform, guide, and strengthen apprenticeship delivery. You'll help shape best practice, support teams through constructive feedback, and provide insight that drives measurable quality improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and conduct a range of quality assurance activities aligned to internal frameworksCarry out observations, sampling, and colleague shadowing to assess delivery qualityCollect and analyse feedback from learners, employers, and key stakeholdersMaintain accurate QA records, action plans, and impact evidenceIdentify trends and insights to inform continuous improvementProduce timely, high-quality reports to support management decisionsSupport preparations for external quality assurance visits and Ofsted inspectionWhy This Role Is ExcitingOpportunity to shape and improve quality across a respected apprenticeship providerCollaborative and supportive working environmentA key role in preparing for Ofsted and other external inspectionsProfessional development within a forward-thinking organisationCompetitive salary and benefits packageAbout YouYou'll bring proven experience in apprenticeship quality assurance, underpinned by an IQA qualification and a proactive, collaborative approach.
