With a thriving Manchester base and a growing national presence, they’re working across commercial, residential, healthcare, and education projects, setting new standards in safety and design integration.They’re now expanding their Building Safety function – and they’re looking for a Building Regulations Principal Designer ready to take charge and influence the direction of projects city-wide.The RoleAs Building Regulations Principal Designer, you’ll oversee compliance from Gateway 1 through to Gateway 3, ensuring designs meet and exceed regulatory expectations.
