You'll ensure the team continues to feel valued and supported as we integrate new company systems helping everyone adapt without losing focus on what matters most: our residents.Working alongside a skilled Clinical Deputy, you'll lead with autonomy and authority, ensuring quality standards, budgets, and occupancy remain strong while continuing to deliver the personalised, dignified care families in Northfleet have come to expect.About YouYou're an experienced Home Manager who takes pride in leading from the front calm, consistent, and deeply committed to delivering exceptional dementia care. You understand the dynamics of a large, busy home and know how to balance quality, compliance, and compassion with commercial focusYour leadership style is open and inclusive; you bring people with you, earning trust through clear communication and genuine care.
