Job DescriptionElectrical AssemblerLocation: Gateshead Salary: £28,900 per annumHours: Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday-Thursday 7:15am – 4:15pm, Friday 7:15am – 1:15pmPermanent staff role Are you an experienced Electrical Assembler looking to join a well-established manufacturing business with a focus on quality, innovation, and teamwork? The Role:Carrying out electrical and mechanical assembly, cable preparation, harnessing, and soldering.\tWorking from drawings, wiring schematics, and work instructions.\tIdentifying build issues and propose practical solutions.\tMaintaining high standards of quality and output within agreed timeframes\tSupport and train new team members when required.About You:Previous experience in electrical and/or mechanical assembly is essential.\tConfident using a range of hand tools for assembly work.\tAbility to read and follow technical drawings or wiring schematics.\tStrong team player with good communication skills.\tCommitted to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.Desirable:Time-served apprenticeship or vocational qualification (e.g. NVQ, IPC, H&S, JST).\tExperience building or repairing legacy products.This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected and growing manufacturer where your skills will be valued and developed.To be considered for this role click “apply” and submit a copy of your up-to-date CV
