Due to continued success and growth, they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Aerospace Paint Sprayer to join their skilled finishing team.They are looking for an experienced Aerospace Paint Sprayer to join their Exeter team and help deliver outstanding finishes for their clients.About The Role:Spray aerospace components to exacting standards and tight tolerancesPrepare and mask components accurately, when requiredMix and prepare paint systems safely and efficientlyMaintain tools, equipment, and work areasComplete job cards, work instructions, and associated paperworkCandidate Requirements:Previous experience in aerospace paint spraying – essentialProven ability to work accurately within tight tolerancesCompetent in completing all associated paperworkAble to work independently with minimal supervisionProficient in using DFTs, WFTs, Surface Profile Gauges, and other measurement tools – essentialDesirable:Experience with IRR and CARC productsNADCAP experienceFamiliarity with AS9100 standardsCompany Benefits:On-site parkingFree parkingCasual dressFlexible holiday booking for days offHoliday bookable by the hourFlexible holiday booking for days offHoliday bookable by the hourAdditional InfoShortlisted candidates will complete a short practical skills test to demonstrate expertise.
