We value diversity and are committed to equality and respect in every aspect of our work.Key Responsibilities:Design & Maintain: Lead the design and upkeep of our data networks, security systems, and telephony infrastructure.Technical Expertise: Act as the technical lead on exciting new projects, collaborating closely with our Project Management Office and technical colleagues.Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve complex network issues, ensuring seamless operation and customer satisfaction.Support & Escalation: Provide second and third-line support and manage incident escalations to maintain high service levels.Continuous Improvement: Utilize network management tools to analyze performance and recommend enhancements.What We're Looking For:Qualifications: Educated to degree level in computing, engineering, or a technical discipline. Cisco CCNA or equivalent certification is essential.Experience: Extensive experience in large network environments, with hands-on experience in products such as Extreme Networks, Checkpoint Firewalls, and Mitel systems.Skills: Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
