Job DescriptionAlexander James Recruiting are currently working with a leading manufacturer of Material Handling equipment looking to on-board a new Field Service Engineer to service their client base across Gloucestershire. With a competitive basic salary and a number of other benefits, this is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to get into a new company.ResponsibilitiesServicing a client base across the Gloucestershire area with a focus on servicing forklift trucksFixing and servicing other related material handling & specialist equipment to include side-loaders and industrial cleaning equipmentEnsuring excellent customer service and representing the company in the right way when visiting customer sitesAttending the workshop from time to time and occasionally working on callWorking closely with the regional service manager and the team leaders to ensure customer satisfaction RequirementsThe company have a preference for an individual with experience within the Material Handling industry. However this isn’t essential, they would also be interested in speaking with candidates with a background in plant hire, powered access, commercial vehicles or Automotive. Another option the company would consider would be a recently qualified engineer looking to get into something long term and building a career.
