Job Description25 days holiday + Bank Holidays | Group Bonus Scheme | Travel Loans | Work Save Pension Plan | Group Life Assurance | Discounted Gym Membership | Supportive team environment |Join a fast-growing, exciting travel brandMust Have’s * Proven experience working in a sales role (any industry) * A genuine passion for travel and delivering exceptional service * Excellent communication skills, written and verbal – perfectionism is key * Strong commercial awareness and confidence working to targets * High attention to detail and organisation when handling bookingsNice to have’s * Previous experience in travel sales or a travel agency would be perfect * Good geographical knowledge of Europe and/or international destinations * Experience designing bespoke itineraries or quoting holiday packages * Familiarity with travel booking systems or CRMs * Knowledge of the luxury travel market and high-end clienteleSo what will you be doing? * Managing client bookings from enquiry to completion * Designing and quoting bespoke travel itineraries based on customer needs * Negotiating rates and availability with providers * Maintaining accurate records in the reservation system * Building and nurturing long-term relationships with global clients * Supporting the Sales Manager and working towards team sales targets * Following company processes to ensure smooth and efficient operationsHelpful extras * Based in central Cheltenham – modern, vibrant office * Regular team collaboration and training * Monday to Friday * Fast-growing business with genuine career development opportunities with a global company * Be part of a global organisation, and multi award winner * Celebrates creativity and passion for travelInterested?
