Job DescriptionConveyancing Solicitor / Licensed ConveyancerGreat Malvern, Worcestershire (Hybrid) | Office and Remote | Full Time |Competitive SalaryOur client is a growing law firm with a strong commitment to delivering a high-quality, supportive, and client-focused conveyancing service. With a rapidly expanding property team, they are now looking to bring on board a Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 1 year PQE to support their conveyancing operations and help shape the future of the department.This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their career to grow with the business and progress into more senior roles, including Head of Department.Are you the right person for the job?Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer (minimum 1 year PQE)Experience handling basic transfers, residential sales, and purchasesKnowledge or experience of probate and trust-related property salesAbility to handle matters such as panel applications and transaction progressionMotivated to grow within the role, with a view to future senior positions (e.g. Head of Department)Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple caseloadsExcellent communication and client management abilitiesFamiliarity with conveyancing systems / legal softwareWhat will your role look like?Manage residential conveyancing files from opening through to post-completionHandle sales, purchases, basic transfers, and probate salesManage trust property transactions (some experience in trust work desirable)Assist in getting the company onto key mortgage lender panelsWork collaboratively with colleagues and senior leadership to shape processes and improve efficiencyMaintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with SRA and AML requirementsSupport business development efforts as the conveyancing team growsHybrid role: 2-3 days per week in the office (flexible for the right candidate)What can you expect in return?Competitive Salary24 days holiday + 8 bank holidaysHybrid working opportunity (mix of office and remote)Career progression with the opportunity to develop into senior positionsSupportive working environment with accessible leadershipStandard working hours: 9am5pm, Monday to FridayWhats next?Its easy Click APPLY now We cant wait to hear from youYour data will be handled in line with GDPR.JBRP1_UKTJ
