This is key to enabling us to deliver on the promises we've made to the people of Wales to build a sustainable transport network that meets their needs.Role responsibilities The Finance & Governance Data and Systems Support Analyst maintains the master data within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and any other F&G ERP Systems. They will act as the second line support for F&G system tickets, providing prompt analysis, troubleshooting and resolution of second tier tickets, escalating as required to third party consultants, while ensuring first line support are upskilled for future occurrences. The role is hands-on, leading on individual small projects and supporting medium/larger project delivery activities This position is essential for maintaining user satisfaction and operational continuity within a dynamic, project-driven environment. Own and deliver several small projects from end to end ensuring correct procedures are followed and documented throughout, ensuring solutions are out of the box and compliant with both accounting treatments and TfW policies. Own the maintenance and creation of Finance & Governance master data including but not limited to D365 Finance and Operations (D365FO) including new projects, ensuring correct configurations and compliance with agreed procedures/policies. Through collaboration with the F&G Data Steward, regularly review master data against existing standards and business needs to ensure master data remains consistent across TfW landscape. Log, categorise, and prioritise all incoming second line F&G ERP System incidents and service requests using the agreed service management system, ensuring accurate tracking and timely response in line with service level agreements to maintain high support standards. Who we're looking for Demonstrable experience in D365FO covering ticket resolution and project delivery. Demonstratable experience in a finance environment or IT Systems environment. High level of proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving standard system issues. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to process and manage data accurately. Welsh Language Skills The ability to speak/write Welsh would make a great addition to your application, but it is not essential for this role.
