You will rotate through key operational teams, gaining exposure to the end-to-end processes that underpin client service. Accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent client outcomes are at the heart of this role.This 6-month FTC serves as a launchpad, with every intention to support high-performing associates into permanent employment.What you'll doAccurately process pension applications, transfers, and ongoing account administrationRespond to adviser and client queries, ensuring timely and professional communicationMaintain high standards of compliance, data integrity, and risk mitigationContribute ideas for process improvement and embrace changes in a dynamic environmentCollaborate with colleagues to meet service level agreements and deliver exceptional client outcomes.The knowledge, experience and qualifications you needEssential:Excellent communication skills and the confidence to liaise with both internal teams and external partnersHigh attention to detail and a structured approach to complex tasksAbility to follow detailed procedures and constructively challenge existing processesProactive, positive attitude with a natural curiosity and eagerness to learnStrong commitment to Treating Customers Fairly and putting clients firstDesirable:Prior experience in pensions, platform, or financial servicesProgress towards, or interest in, industry-recognised examsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointPersonal Attributes:Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative spirit and client-oriented mindset.The baseYou'll be based at the Benchmark Head Office, within our Broadlands Business Campus near Horsham in West Sussex but will need to be present across our other offices, including the main Schroders headquarters in London.
