Step into a role where your work will improve processes, develop new technology, and expand your skills.Salary: Up to £40,000 plus company bonus Location: Bolton Working: Hybrid, 2–3 days on site Clearance: BPSS requiredWhat you will needBritish or Dual UK National, BPSS clearance requiredUnderstanding of PCB design, manufacture and assemblyStrong communication skills for internal and external collaborationSelf-motivated and methodical approach with a logical problem-solving mindsetFlexible to travel, including occasional international visitsKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and evaluate PCB and electronic manufacturing processesWork collaboratively with internal teams and suppliers, including international partnersAssess PCB fabrication and assembly processes and support failure analysisContribute to documented standards and best practices across national and international teamsProvide technical support for UK and international programmes across all areas of PCB design, manufacture, and assemblyYour experienceKnowledge of PCB design, manufacture, and assembly technologiesAbility to take ownership of complex tasks and deliver to a high professional standardStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience collaborating with internal and external teamsBenefitsCompany bonus up to £2,500Pension up to 14%Paid overtime opportunitiesFlexible working arrangementsKey Words: PCB Designer, PCB design, PCB manufacture, circuit card assembly, electronic manufacturing, process development, international collaboration, failure analysisElectus Recruitment Solutions provides specialist engineering and technical recruitment solutions to a number of high-technology industries.
