We design, build and commission substations at voltages up to and including 400kV. Our teams construct and maintain transmission lines and substations, ensuring the efficient and reliable delivery of electricity.You'll be covering projects in the South West and South Wales with visits to regional offices - willingness to travel is a mustWant to come and be a part of it?What will you be doing?As a Pre-Contract Commercial Manager, youll manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and remaining organised to ensure successful completion of projects. Are you a well-developed leader with the ability to work efficiently with colleagues and partners at all levels? Lead pre-tender due diligence, negotiating terms that balance governance with profit and risk mitigationReview and refine contract conditions, warranties, and guarantees, resolving deviations with clientsProvide commercial summaries to support internal approvals and attend tender reviews to align stakeholdersCollaborate with legal teams and clients to ensure clarity and complianceSupport bid development, assess risks, and shape mitigation strategies. Manage post-award appraisals and ensure smooth handover to delivery teamsMaintain accurate documentation and uphold company policiesContribute to Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards while adapting to evolving business needsAre you a strategic thinker with the ability to motivate the team?
