I am seeking an experienced Product Owner to join a forward-thinking team based in Edinburgh, offering hybrid working and a salary of up to £60,000. You will work closely with cross-functional software engineering teams, playing a pivotal role in shaping and delivering products aligned to the strategic roadmap while ensuring customer needs remain front and centre.This role is ideal for a Product Owner who enjoys balancing commercial, customer, and technical priorities, and who can confidently guide delivery teams to produce high-quality, competitive SaaS products.Key skills:Proven experience working as a Product Owner within a software development environmentExperience working with products that include APIs and front-end componentsBackground working with Software as a Service (SaaS) productsStrong ability to balance customer needs, product strategy, and technical prioritiesA unique blend of business acumen and technical understandingExcellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changeStrong customer focus, with the ability to understand and exceed both internal and external expectationsKey tasks:Contribute to and help implement the overall product strategy and supporting commercial business casesEvaluate client requests, end-user insights, industry trends, and competitor capabilities to identify product enhancementsWrite clear features and user stories to deliver product strategy, enhancements, and customer requestsDrive analysis and estimation activities within the software delivery team to support planningManage and prioritise the product roadmap to ensure development efforts are focused on the right outcomesWork effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure the success of the productIf you are keen then APPLY NOW.Bright Purple is an equal opportunities employer: we are proud to work with clients who share our values of diversity and inclusion in our industry.
