We're looking for a talented professional to lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge security solutions. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about protecting people and property through innovative technology, we want to hear from you.How You Will Do ItAs a Lead Design Engineer, you will:Design and deliver advanced CCTV and Access Control systems, including new builds and system upgrades.Support sales teams with technical input, conduct site surveys, and participate in system acceptance testing.Produce detailed schematics, parts lists, specifications, schedules, and wiring/equipment layouts.Perform technical calculations (e.g., network bandwidth, power, heat dissipation) and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.Collaborate with commissioning engineers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless system setup—whether remotely, in-office, or on-site.What We Look ForProven experience in the Security industry, specifically with CCTV systems and Access Control.Strong knowledge of:IP and analogue CCTV componentsAccess Control systemsIP networking, copper, fibre, and wireless communicationsPC server/client architectureFamiliarity with leading VMS and ACS platforms such as C-Cure, Lenel, Genetec, and Synergy.Bonus: Experience with Intruder, BMS systems, and legacy protocols (RS232, RS485).Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills.A flexible, self-motivated approach with the ability to manage multiple projects.What We OfferA culture that values work-life balance and continuous learningAccess to mental health support and career development programsCompetitive salary and benefits, including:Medical, pension, and life assuranceEmployee assistance and referral programsDiscounts on Johnson Controls and ADT Smart Home productsVoluntary benefits: cycle to work, childcare vouchers, eye care, and holiday purchase schemes#AVRIL
