Job DescriptionCommercial Account Executive - £45,000Location: WinchesterContract: Full-Time, PermanentHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pmSalary: Competitive, dependent on experienceThe RoleWe are seeking a capable and customer-focused Commercial Account Executive to join a well-established insurance agency. This role is suited to someone who enjoys managing client relationships, delivering high standards of service, and identifying appropriate opportunities to support business growth.You will manage a portfolio of clients, handle enquiries and renewals, and introduce relevant insurance and financial services solutions, ensuring all activity is compliant and customer-focused.Key Responsibilities:Manage customer enquiries, policy amendments, and renewalsIdentify and develop appropriate cross-selling opportunitiesIntroduce insurance and financial services products aligned to client needsMaintain strong, long-term client relationshipsEnsure all transactions comply with FCA requirements and internal standardsAbout You:Professional, confident, and customer-focused in your approachStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAble to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamProactive, organised, and demonstrates sound commercial judgementCompetent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systemsFull UK driving licence and access to your own vehicleWhat’s on Offer:Full training and support, including assistance with gaining professional licences24 days annual leave plus bank holidays, plus your birthday offCompetitive salary and pension contributionHealth Cash Plan membershipA stable, long-term opportunity within a respected insurance agencyAdditional Information:We are committed to providing an inclusive recruitment process.
