Our client is seeking experienced Caseworkers to support a high-priority government programme assisting eligible foreign nationals and their families who supported UK operations over the past 20 years. This is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a sensitive, high-impact initiative within the Defence sector. This role requires strong case management skills, policy adherence, and emotional resilience due to the sensitive nature of the work.Location: Hybrid – Whitehall, Inner LondonContract Length: Until 31 March 2027IR35 Status: In ScopeClearance Required: Active SC ClearanceStart Date: ASAPKey Responsibilities:Manage individual cases efficiently and with empathy, in line with government policies and procedures.Analyse complex information from multiple sources to make well-justified decisions.Ensure decisions are clearly documented and aligned with relevant policies.Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.Meet daily case handling targets while maintaining quality and accuracy.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support effective resolution of cases.Work within a high-paced, operationally sensitive environment.Maintain compliance with data protection regulations at all times.Essential Criteria:Active SC Security Clearance (must be sole UK; dual nationals are not eligible).Strong IT skills:MS 365Caseworker experience/Admin experience in case working roles.Attention to detailPublic sector experience, such as Home Office, DWP, possibly HMRC where casework is done.A natural professional curiosityWorking Arrangement:Hybrid role based in Whitehall, London.Initial 7-10-day induction required onsite.Office attendance 1–3 days per week (minimum), subject to business needs.Candidates must be local to London — no travel expenses provided.Interview Process:One stage interview via MS Teams.
