Job DescriptionClinical Negligence Solicitor – Leeds An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor (NQ to Grade C level or equivalent) to join a well-established, forward-thinking legal practice in Leeds. This role offers hybrid working with a flexible balance between remote working and time spent in modern office spaces.The Role:You will join a highly respected Clinical Negligence department, known for delivering outstanding results across a varied and complex caseload. The team includes nationally accredited specialists and the work spans all stages of litigation – both pre- and post-issue.As a Grade C Solicitor, you will provide essential support to Senior Lawyers while managing your own caseload under supervision. You will be involved in the full litigation process, including drafting legal documentation, advising clients, negotiating settlements and handling procedural aspects of litigation.The position also includes mentoring more junior colleagues and playing an active role in the development of the team.
