Location: Remote (offices in Derby & Nottingham)Hours: Full time, permanent contractAbout the RolePomvom is looking for a hands-on Product Manager to lead strategy and delivery for our media, AI integrations, and hardware products. You'll own the roadmap end-to-end, discovery through launch, working closely with global teams to ship customer-facing products that transform how guests capture and relive memories in theme parks and attractions.About PomvomWe are a global digital platform and technology company transforming the way memories are captured and shared across the leisure and entertainment industry. We operate at leading theme parks, water parks, attractions, and tourist destinations globally, and deliver innovative media-documentation and content services that elevate the guest experience. Our core platform automatically captures, identifies, processes, and distributes photos and videos — turning ride- and attraction-based moments into seamless, shareable, cloud-based content.Our mission is to help people capture and cherish their memories from theme parks and attractions, such as Six Flags, Warner Brothers, Madame Tussauds, Harry Potter, and more, through creative AI-based videos and photos. We're passionate about delivering an exciting new way of reliving your favorite moments, and our expert team is dedicated to craft memories that last a lifetime.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn product strategy and roadmap for media, AI, API integration and hardware.Lead full lifecycle: ideation, requirements, execution, launch, and iteration.Gather requirements with Sales, Support, Marketing, Operations and Partners.Translate complex business requirements into structured, actionable deliverables for technical teams.Partner daily with Engineering/Design to deliver high-quality solutions to the field and evaluate outcomes and iterate to maximise business impact.Define and track KPIs to measure product success that align with strategic objectives.Run product operations and delivery rhythms: prioritization, sprint planning, release readiness, delivery reporting, and risk/dependency management.Drive alignment across US/EU teams and promote a growth mindset.Market Insight and Analysis – Ability to gather and interpret market data, customer feedback, and regulatory requirements to inform product development.About YouBS/MS in Engineering, Product, or equivalent experience.4-5 years Product Management experience in hardware + software products.Prior background as a developer or solution architect- preferred but not essential.Proven history shipping customer-facing products.Strong technical fluency, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership.Willingness to travel domestically & internationally as required to get hands on experience and feedback from the businessWhat We OfferA flexible remote role, liaising daily with colleagues around the worldOpportunities for progression as our business growsCompetitive salary and employee benefitsA supportive, friendly team and a workplace full of creativity and magic
