Hourly Rate: £13.90/hour About the RoleThrive Group are recruiting Recycling Advisors on behalf of our client, who operate multiple Household Recycling Centres across Gloucestershire GL60 - Nailsworth area and surrounding areasThis is a hands-on, outdoor role where you'll assist the public with recycling, ensure safety standards are met, and support day-to-day site operations.?? Key ResponsibilitiesHelp members of the public separate waste into correct recycling streams.Provide clear guidance and excellent customer service.Wear and maintain correct PPE at all times.Keep the site clean, tidy, and hazard-free.Operate site equipment (training provided if required).Complete paperwork and support supervisors with daily site duties.?? RequirementsAble to work weekends and bank holidaysComfortable working outdoors in all weather conditionsFit and able to complete heavy liftingOwn transport (many sites are remote)Safety boots with midsole & toe cap (uniform supplied after induction)??
