Job DescriptionFantastic HR Operations opportunity within a global media and communications agency. Working with a team of talented, creative and ambitious colleagues in a collaborative and lively working culture. Reporting directly into HR Director and responsible for supervising junior team members, this would suit an energetic and proactive HR professional with a proven track record specifically within HR operations and ideally from a media or agency environment, Excellent technical, data and analytical skills including superb Excel are essential. The role will entailmanaging and continually improving HR systems and processesleading and making recommendations for the company's employee benefits offeringcreating excellent employee experiences across all touchpoints of the employee lifecycle and ensuring compliancemanaging, developing and coaching a small teamutilising internal and external people data to gain insight, analyse people metrics and drive business decisionsproducing management information and insights for the senior management teamoverseeing payroll processesmanaging the HRISThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing HR operational services in dynamic, rapidly-evolving, creative businesses together with experience of leading and mentoring small teams. NB this is NOT an HR business partnering role, and will be fully focused on HR Operations.   Also required  excellent understanding of people analytics and the value of high-quality management informationin depth understanding of technology in the HR/ People/ Talent space and passionate about using technology to support service delivery and employee experiencea proven track record of managing projects and improving ways of working and processes in HRsubstantial knowledge of HR legislation and the ability to suggest and implement ways improved systems and processesgreat communication skillsexcellent MS office and in particular expert Excel skillsThe client is hoping to interview immediately with a view to making a swift appointment.
