Enabling people to lead purposeful working lives and organisations to become more productive, sustainable and profitable.Find out more about Ricoh TodayWhat you will be doingAs a Service Advantage Technician you will be providing customers with a professional and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair services on an increasingly broad range of equipment and devices that Ricoh support including audio-visual, network devices, servers, routers, smart lockers.Key Accountabilities * To provide a technical service to customers, including installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of Service Advantage products. * To embrace the core Ricoh value of Customer Centricity in ensuring customers receive outstanding service every time. * To drive self-improvement and continuous professional development to keep up with ever-changing demands in the technology sector and the rapidly expanding portfolio of products and services that Ricoh support. * To maximise revenue by identifying potential business and professional service opportunities, whilst carrying out day-to-day duties. * Management and control of stock, to improve first time fix levels to customers, and to minimise stock losses.We are an equal opportunities employerYou will ideally have: * Strong fundamental understanding of IT and systems * Good problem-solving skills and a systematic approach * Good understanding of mechanical engineering * Valid UK driving licence is essential * Excellent customer service skills * Good organisation and time management * Flexible approach to a varied and high-pressure workload * Strong desire to learn and develop * Willingness embrace change in a rapidly moving industryWe are open to discussing adjustments to the recruitment process if needed.
