Our highly skilled team delivers compassionate, person-led support in a calm, homely environment where residents are empowered to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.We are now recruiting dedicated and caring Healthcare Assistants to join our close-knit team.Dayshift: 37.5 hours per weekThese are excellent opportunities to join a supportive and highly skilled team in a specialist care environment where every day brings meaningful and rewarding work.Please note: We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role. All applicants must already have the right to work in the United Kingdom, whether currently based in the UK or overseas.What We Offer £12.60 per hour Paid PVG, pension scheme, uniform provided, free onsite parking 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract) Ongoing training and genuine career progression opportunitiesYour RoleAs a Healthcare Assistant at Dee View Court, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents with complex needs. You will assist with personal care, mobility and daily routines, ensuring every resident's care plan is followed with empathy, dignity and professionalism. You will encourage independence, promote wellbeing, and help create a calm and supportive environment where residents feel safe, valued and cared for.What We're Looking For SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (preferred but not essential) Ideally six months of experience in a care setting, though we welcome applicants with transferable skills and a genuine passion for care A kind, patient and compassionate nature Strong teamwork and communication skills A proactive, reliable and positive attitudeAbout UsDee View Court Care Home is part of Care Concern Group, a family-owned, market-leading care provider with over 100 homes across the United Kingdom.
