Kingspan Insulation are a leading manufacturer of high-performance rigid insulation within the construction industry. We have an exciting opportunity for a **Head of Technical** to join our Castleblayney site. As part of the wider Senior management team you will be responsible for the overall management of the technical function of the Kingspan Insulation business in Ireland.

**Key responsibilities of our Head of Technical**:

- Lead and maange the technical services dept.
- Responsible for the development, delivery and execution of Kingspan’s technical vision, and strategy for the Irish Marketplace.
- Engagement with Regulators, Insurers and Professional bodies to deliver a sustainable growth market for our product offering
- Ensuring compliance across our existing and new product range.
- Liaise with Operations and R&D functions to deliver industry leading product performance.
- Providing technical support and guidance for Marketing and Commercial functions

**What we're looking for in our Head of Technical**:

- Experienced Technical Manager, who can lead by example and gain respect through motivation, support and collobrative working
- Be able to demonstrate a strong technical background
- Be a strong team player with a collaborative work ethic, having excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and inform others
- Flexible attitude with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ideally be educated to degree level in a Construction, Architectural, Engineering or related discipline
- Willing to travel nationally - National travel may be required, the frequency of which will be determined by the needs of the business
