**About the role**
As a Client Account Executive you will be developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders with the aim of ensuring their needs are met, identifying additional revenue opportunities of other RSM services, enhancing the client experience and retentionof their business.

RSM Employer Services offer flexible Pay and People services, giving clients all the protection, advice and operational support they need to be fully compliant, as well as back office services and software only cloud-based solutions. This could be anythingfrom the supply of a customised online payroll and HR solution to a fully managed outsourced solution.
**Responsibilities**
Core Account Management Duties
- Provide effective relationship management for Employer Services clientele, prospects and the RSM network, including Partners.
- Support the Account Management Team’s activities and tasks.
- Conduct account reviews with existing clients (post implementation and ongoing) to assist with identifying and managing expectations and enhancing service provision standards.
- Liaise with Account Management Manager and team to identify at risk accounts and create an appropriate action plan.
- Handle enquiries from clients and colleagues and act as a point of contact for the Account Management Team.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all Employer Services/RSM service offerings
- Assist with ongoing client communications and marketing with the assistance of central RSM National Marketing resources.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all ESL product offerings and ability provide on-line demonstrations of products and features.
- Undertake any reasonable Business Development projects and tasks as requested by the Management Team (some travel may be required)

**Requirements**:
Essential:

- GCSE Maths and English Language - Grade C / 4 or above (or equivalent)
- Experience of providing excellent client care in a proactive, fast paced, office-based environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating at a range of different levels, up to Director
- Be able to demonstrate consultative approach
- Be able to demonstrate excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and work to strict deadlines
- Be able to demonstrate advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Attention to detail so issues are rare and limited checking of work is required
- Strong team working ability

Willingness to
- attend conferences, roadshows, user group meetings and seminars as required;
- regularly engage with clients: meetings onsite, delivering product presentations and supporting demonstrations; and
promote the use and adoption of RSM Employer Services/RSM services within your client portfolio

Desirable
- A-levels/degree educated
- B2B experience
- Understanding of payroll, back office solutions and/or outsourcing
- B2B internal business development or account management
- Previous experience of using Microsoft Dynamics
