**Responsibilities as a Sales Trainer**:

- You will contribute to the T&C Framework through the analysis of performance data & delivery of high-quality coaching sessions.
- You will build strong relationships with all levels of the sales floor Management Team ensuring that the coaching reflects the priorities of the business
- Regularly analyse sales performance data understanding where the biggest development needs of the Account Managers are.
- Deliver high quality coaching sessions using a range of coaching methods which will deliver the best results.
- Score a range of sales calls on the Evaluagent platform to support the Account Managers ability to give a great customer experience.
- Carry out side by side observations with Account Managers understanding how they work and how they can make improvements.
- Write strong SMART goals from coaching sessions which all Account Managers are held to account to meet within the agreed timeframe.

**Essential requirements**:

- Previous experience delivering coaching and training in an operational sales environment
- Experience of coaching to and working within a T&C Framework
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Extremely self-motivated, enthusiastic and driven by targets and KPI's
- Comfortable working under pressure, proactive and uses own initiative.
