**Job Overview**

We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Seasonal Picker/Packers to join our team for the late shift. This role will support our busy season, helping us meet customer demand through accurate and timely order fulfilment. The position requires attention to detail, good organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently using the Mintsoft picking software.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Order Fulfilment**

Pull and pack products based on daily orders, ensuring accurate order fulfilment and adherence to customer specifications.
- **Organisation and Rotation**

Keep products organised and in good rotation, ensuring items are easy to access and maintain quality standards.
- **Quality Monitoring**

Regularly check product quality and promptly report any issues to ensure product safety and customer satisfaction.
- **Continuous Improvement**

Use a continuous improvement mindset, assisting the team by identifying ways to improve our picking and packing processes.
- **Additional Duties**

Perform other duties as assigned by the team lead or supervisor to support overall operations.

**Schedule**
- **Shift**: 8-hour shifts from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm
- **Duration**: Immediate start until 17th January, with the potential for extension depending on business needs

- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfilment environment is helpful but not required
- Familiarity with Mintsoft picking software is a plus
