Tate are working with a long-standing and well-established energy provider company, to recruit for a Customer Advisor based in Reading.
The role
Key Duties:

- Investigation of change of tenancy when people are moving to a new property
- Make outbound calls to gather relevant information and updating the systems and customer accounts. (High level of accuracy is needed)
- Sending information requests to customers and managing responses.
- Inbound Telephony position dealing with billing enquiries
- Deal with customers who have issues with payments and are unhappy with their bills / payments due.
Person Specification
- Strong customer service background
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent IT skills (7 internal systems used daily)
- Manage own workload and work well on their own initiative
- Professional and engaging telephone manner
- Attention to detail and strong accuracy
Full training will be provided for the more complex systems
