**Primary Purpose of the Role**

We are looking for an exceptional Coach to participate in a high performing team. You will be required to lead, support and inspire a strong community of members through group training session, with an emphasis on providing a Personal Training experience in a group setting.

You will actively participate in studio initiatives, including providing individualised mentorship to membership undertaking the 45 Day Challenge - a body transformation and lifestyle program.

You will inspire our members, you will be a consistently upbeat, energetic and positive force in the studio and contribute to the creation of a fun and inviting studio atmosphere where members feel comfortable and confident.
