Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Feeding Operator to join our team. As a Feeding Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process by operating a Forklift Truck (FLT) to feed wool bales onto the conveyor system. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a FLT license and a willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks within our facility.

Environment:
Please be aware that this role involves working in an environment with **large, potentially hazardous machinery** and **distinct odors.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate a Forklift Truck (FLT) to load wool bales onto the conveyor system at the beginning of the production process.
- Ensure timely and efficient feeding of materials to maintain smooth operation of the production line.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating the FLT and handling materials.
- Assist with other tasks and duties across the site as needed, including but not limited to general warehouse duties, machine operation, and quality control.
- Participate in training programs to develop multi-tasking skills and expand knowledge of different aspects of the production process.

**Requirements**:

- Valid FLT license is preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.

Pay: From £11.92 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
