- **About the Role**:_

As our **Production Team Leader**, you’ll play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring our products are made to the highest standards and orders are dispatched on time. Key responsibilities include:

- **Production Management**: Oversee the production of our seed-based products for promotional merchandise and retail, ensuring quality at every stage.
- **Order Management**: Use our order system to manage stock levels, schedule production, and meet deadlines.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and support other team members, coordinating their tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- **Warehouse Organisation**: Maintain a clean, efficient workspace, ensuring everything is in order to maximise productivity.
- **Event Participation**: Represent the company at trade shows and client events, showcasing our products and building client relationships.
