Job location: Sevenoaks.

Full time job for the right people. We have groundworks jobs in Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Hertfordshire, Hampshire & London must be willing to travel between jobs.

We operate in the new build house sector, contracting work like schools & hospitals.

**Duties**
- **Working foreman.**_
- Oversea daily site operations, ensure H&S, quality, production.
- Ability to read drawings and basic setting out.
- Setting site levels.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Liaise with site team and management.
- Ability to address and resolve on site challenges swiftly.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, reporting any faults or issues promptly.
- Daily logging of site activities.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- **Groundworker**_
- Good knowledge of groundworks practices.
- Strip and raft foundations
- Construction of retaining walls and ground stabilisation.
- Installation of drainage including, pipes, manholes, soakaways, pumping chambers.
- Service trenchs and service pit building.
- External works: Including; Kerbing, paving, slabbing.
- Operate machinery; Dumpers, diggers, rollers.
- Work closely with site manage, foreman and work as a team.
- **Labourers**_
- Must have a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
- Assist the site team in daily activities.
- Loading and unloading materials.
- Assist in the laying of drainage, concrete, paving, kerbing.
- Follow instructions from Foreman and supervisors.
- Assist machine operators with levels.
- **Requirements**_
- Must have valid CSCS, CPCS, NPORS certification.
- Willingness to travel to different job sites.
- Relevant experience in your chosen role.
- Committed to work as a team.
- A strong work ethic.
