Email Marketing Executive

**Tasks**:

- Co-ordinate with the Design and Category Team to brief, build, proof, test, QA and send campaigns based on campaign plans
- Preparing data offline for certain campaigns and regular customer NPS
- Champion and implement an A/B testing/optimisation programme.
- Monitor data hygiene to ensure GDPR compliance at all times
- Support the implementation of dynamic content

**Profile**:

- Familiarity with DotDigital platform would be advantageous
- Capability to analyse campaign performance, making A/B testing recommendations to improve customer engagement
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Good copywriting skills and basic HTML knowledge would be useful
- Strong planning & organisational skills, with an ability to stay calm under pressure to ensure no deadlines are missed
- Previous experience using Google Analytics, creating bespoke reports is desirable
- The ability to work both as part of a team and to take individual initiative
- Ability to manage imagery and basic photo editing would be advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail - Pro-active and a quick learner
- Ideally educated to degree level, preferably in a marketing/digital related discipline, but not essential.
