A part of this role involves working with homeless occupants and therefore a support and accommodation background would be beneficial.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- TEAM MANAGEMENT -- Team meeting leading
- Team holiday/sick management
- Monthly report meetings with the Managing/Operations Director
- Co-ordinating with HR
- General health & safety monitoring
- General team systems overseeing and auditing
- Overseeing company/office requirements & monitoring
- LETTINGS
- Photography (using provided work mobile) of properties for inventory purposes, online advertising of properties, bookings & viewing appointments
- Contractor delegation & management for property maintenance
- Tenant correspondence & communications
- Property inspections & key administration/logging
- Conducting move in’s and move out’s
- Property Viewings and tenancy/admin preparation for new lets
- Overseeing management of property portfolio

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum of one year property management experience within a busy office environment.
- Computer literacy and secretarial skills are necessary in order to be able to use the company's systems, for which training will be given.
- Good maths & accounts ability is a must.
- Competence in using a range of Microsoft Office packages.
- High ability to multi-task & prioritise accordingly.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Must be confident and able to lead a team, as well as working alone.
- Able to work & communicate with people from a variety of different backgrounds.

OTHER:

- Full Driving Licence is required, with use of personal care for work.
- Must maintain a high standard of appearance at all times.
- A high level of professionalism with all colleagues, clients & tenants alike.
