We are looking for a workshop coordinator to join our team

An exciting opportunity has become available, and we are looking to recruit an experienced Workshop controller/ Foreman / Supervisor at our new Ashbourne depot

Your responsibilities:
Leading the workshop

Supervising the team of HGV Technicians and allocating the workload accordingly

Adhere to Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality processes to ensure we are always compliant

Diagnostic work, MOT preparation and general servicing

Ensure all job cards are completed

Ensure that the facilities and workshops are always maintained in a clean and safe condition.

Ensuring that all personnel employed within the workshop receive correct training/instruction in respect of all equipment/machinery they will be required to maintain, operate or drive, including motor vehicles

Ensure that all vehicles are presented back to the driver and / or customer in a clean condition.

Ensure downtime is kept to a minimum with pro-active planning

Provide adhoc administrative support for holiday cover

Hours of work:
07:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday with half an hour lunch, Saturday mornings on a rota basis.

**Salary**:
£34,000.00 to £42,000.00 per annum.
