**Job Purpose**:
Titan Education Furniture seeks a dedicated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. This position is a perfect fit for an individual who thrives in a challenging and rewarding sales environment, focusing on driving sales growth, fostering relationships with top accounts, and acquiring new business within the education sector.
**Main Duties**:
**1. Sales Growth**:
a. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of Titan Education Furniture.
b. Identify and prioritise top accounts for targeted sales efforts, ensuring maximum revenue generation.
**2. New Business Development**:
a. Proactively seek out and secure new business opportunities within the education sector, including schools, colleges, and universities.
b. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities, staying ahead of industry changes.
**3. Customer Visits**:
a. Engage in regular customer visits to build solid and lasting relationships with key accounts.
b. Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to showcase the quality and benefits of Titan Education Furniture.
**4. Relationship Building**:
a. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers within educational institutions.
b. Understand each customer's unique needs and challenges to tailor solutions that meet their specific requirements.
**5. Collaboration**:
a. Work closely with the internal sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies and ensure a unified approach towards customer satisfaction and sales growth.
**6. Market Intelligence**:
a. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and educational market dynamics.
b. Utilise market intelligence to adjust sales strategies and identify potential areas for product improvement.
**7. Reporting**:
a. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
b. Collaborate with management to analyse data and develop insights for continuous improvement.
- Balance time between office-based tasks such as lead generation, follow-up calls, and administrative duties and field-based activities such as customer visits and presentations.
**Personal Attributes**:
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the education or furniture industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of education procurement processes is a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Salary**: £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
