**Creative Artworker/ Scheduler** *** **Department**:Delta Creative **Location**:Melksham, SN12 6TS **About The Delta Group** As a major visual communications group, we specialise in the design, print and fulfilment of promotional marketing materials. Our aim is to innovate, progress and evolve our clients’ marketing campaigns to give stand-out in a crowded market. Delta Creative is the group’s fast paced creative agency and artwork studio division, producing all manner of conceptually driven materials for clients across the retail, FMCG and film and entertainment spectrum. They are a team of highly talented, experienced and skilled individuals from a variety of agency backgrounds. **Job Overview** We are looking for a talented Creative Artworker and Scheduler to join our dedicated team located in Wiltshire. The role will be to effectively schedule the work for the studio team. Ensuring the work is allocated to the appropriate team member. Checking on jobs to ensure deadlines are adhered to. Artwork a variety of printed elements and sometimes digital media. This includes a heavy focus on Point-of-Sale items for brands and retailers. - You will be a creative thinker and able to multi - task, with strong organisational skills. Know your way around Adobe CC, in particular InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. You will have a flexible approach to work, excel under pressure and deliver solutions with exceptional attention to detail, on brand and on time._ Please note this is a full-time office based role, 37.5 hours a week. Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm **Key Responsibilities** - _ Scheduling of Studio work to the team ensuring correct jobs are allocated to correct team members_ - _ Checking the status of outstanding tasks and managing workloads to ensure deadlines are met_ - _ To identify if there are any \"roadblocks\" or reasons why a deadline cannot be achieved and to communicate back to the relevant Account Manager and Studio Manager/Director_ - _ Display a positive 'can do' attitude, and deliver exceptional output at all times_ - _ Work proactively under your own initiative and as part of our Creative team_ - _ Work closely with our account teams to ensure all jobs are tackled without any issues in a timely manner_ - _ Be involved with creative production ensuring all designs and artworks adhere to relevant brand guidelines, are print ready and produced within agreed timeframes_ **Required Skills and Experience** - _ 2+ year’s experience working in a Creative Studio with previous scheduling experience_ - Advanced Mac software knowledge - Adobe Creative Suite (CC) - Organsied and flexible - Comprehensive knowledge of print and artwork processes **Skills and Experience that would be a definite advantage** - Experience managing studio schedule - Experience in working with Retail, POS & FMCG client work - Experience of Adobe Creative Suite (CC)
