It's been an exciting time at Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust as we continue our journey of "Being our Best", and our mission to provide world-class patient care. We are now looking to recruit into the post of Head of Workplace Wellbeing to work within our Workforce and Organisational Development Directorate and support delivery of our Health and Wellbeing Strategy. This role would suit a Clinical Psychologist or a Clinician/ Paramedic with Therapy training. This is a part time 0.6wte role (please get in touch if you are looking for full time) to work closely with our OH and Wellbeing and OD teams to support the wellbeing of our staff. This post has arisen in order to continue the expansion of this department in order to provide trauma informed care through both individual therapy and to provide expert advice and consultation to teams and managers throughout Welsh Ambulance. We are seeking an individual who will be confident working with individuals and teams at all levels of the organisation, has a passionate interest in and understanding of trauma; and can positively develop connections and engage with national NHS and Ambulance networks. As a relatively new post within a growing service, there is also opportunity to influence and shape the service direction.
