**Working Hours**: Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:00, 37 Hours per week
**Pay Rate**: £ 12.65 per hour

- Collect refuse from designated areas and ensure proper disposal.
- Communicate effectively with team members and the public.
- Follow safe working practices with mínimal supervision.
- Maintain a good pace while handling heavy materials over approximately 12-16 miles per day.
- Wear corporate clothing as required.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries from the public.
- Be flexible with working hours, including availability for Bank Holidays and variable weekly schedules.

Person Specification
- Experience in refuse collection operations.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and understand guidelines.
- Experience working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Polite, approachable, and punctual.
- Knowledge of customer care practices.
- GCSE standard (or equivalent), including passes in English.
