**Based**:The role will be primarily based in our Portsmouth office, located at Lakeside, North Harbour. We work a hybrid model with a minimum 60% of time based in the office (3 days for a full time employee). The role may also potentially involve travel to enable involvement with client deliveries.

**The role of Operations Coordinator at BTS**:
This is an entry level role within the organisation, well suited to someone looking to progress in a professional service setting.

In this role you will:

- Initially partner with more experienced colleagues to understand the role, how we work with clients and our systems.
- Then you’ll be allocated to work with your own internal account teams, providing logístical and administrative support to coordinate and deploy our programmes to regional and global clients.
- As you learn and develop, you’ll take on more complex and involved programmes of work, working with multiple stakeholders to ensure each client project is run successfully.

Variety is key in all our roles. You’ll work on multiple projects at one time, across different industries, and with different internal teams. The work is responsive to the projects and clients so the pace can fluctuate.

Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role so you will need to have the right to live and work in the UK. You will also be asked to work from the Portsmouth office so should live within a reasonable commuting distance or be prepared to move prior to commencing in the role.
