**About the Role**
Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for project planning and coordination? Join our team at McCarthy Stone Management Services as a **Planned Works Planner** on a maternity cover contract. This is a vital role within our Property Operations department, responsible for the smooth delivery of planned works across our estate of developments and third-party projects.

You’ll work closely with colleagues, contractors, and site staff to ensure maintenance, refurbishment, and safety projects are successfully executed while maintaining our high standards of quality and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and coordinate Planned Works projects through the Section 20 process, ensuring successful and compliant delivery.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and key stakeholders to organize and oversee project kick-off meetings, viability assessments, and execution plans.
- Manage contractor quotes, payment administration, and progress tracking through our systems (Fixflo/Qube).
- Maintain effective communication with site staff, Operations Managers, and other departments to resolve issues and unblock obstacles.
- Contribute to operational performance reporting and act as a Fixflo Champion within the Property Operations team.

**What We’re Looking For**
- ** Education & Qualifications**: GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above (or equivalent).
- ** Experience**: Proven experience in scheduling work in a customer-centric organization, preferably related to property, facilities, or asset management.
- ** Skills**: Strong administrative and organizational skills, effective communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.
- ** Attributes**: A proactive and collaborative approach, excellent time management, and the ability to handle competing priorities with professionalism.
