**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyse and review functional and technical requirements for possible risks and issues
- Design, develop and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts for Dynamics 365
- Identify and document any defects, bugs, and errors that are found in the software
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that all software features are functioning as expected
- Analyse and report on test results
- Monitor and improve existing test processes and procedures**Technical Skills Required**:

- Proven experience in manual testing of Dynamics 365
- Knowledge of the financial services industry
- Proficiency in test planning, test execution and defect management
- Excellent problem solving, communication and organisational skills
- Good understanding of software development life cycles
