**Part time and full time contracts available 12 - 37 HOURS PER WEEK**
**£12.35-£13.45 PER HOUR**
- We are currently seeking a Support Worker to build H’s confidence in his daily life, and help prepare him for the next stage of his life; moving from his family home to his own home with a dedicated team of support._
- H is a young man with a diagnosis of learning disabilities and autism, who lives in Bawdrip, Somerset._
- H needs Support Workers around him who will ensure his needs are met and that he gets to build and grow his life in a way that is meaningful to him._
- H is looking to be supported by people who are active, fun and engaging; and have experience with Intensive Interaction and epilepsy._
- For full-time hours, you will be required to work in micro-teams in Street and Glastonbury._

This is achieved by creating small, bespoke, dedicated teams of people who are selected by the person supported and who work to enable the person to fulfil their goals, hopes, dreams and aspirations. We call these bespoke teams Micro-Teams.

**YOU FIRST WILL**:

- Pay £12.35-£13.45ph from the moment you start working for us, there is no probation rate
- We pay 35p per mile for every mile you travel, INCLUDING commuting miles
- We offer permanent, full time, part time and casual contracts and you can choose what works best for you and your needs
- You will have a permanent contract that provides you with guaranteed regular hours
- You will have a full induction before commencing work and this will include person specific training and shadow supports
- Each team has a Slack (virtual message board) page when you can obtain feedback and support from fellow team members and managers
- We operate a 24-hour On Call facility, so you always have access to support in emergency situations
- We do not use Zero Hour Contracts
- We provide an occupational pension
- We have an Employee Assistance Programme meaning you and your family have access to free and confidential 24-hour counselling and support
- We meet the cost of your DBS check
- You will receive full training and bi-monthly supervision
- If you are new to social care, you will be supported through your Care Certificate in paid time
- You will have the option to study for a nationally recognised Diploma
- You will have your roster 4 weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your life Your roster will be in the form of an App
- You will need to be a car driver and able to work some evenings and weekends on a roster basis.
