Are you an experienced Food and Beverage operative ready for the next step in your career? Do you have the drive and personality to give all our visitors a great food experience? If so, then here at Audley End we are looking for someone to lead our team and assist the Food and Beverage Manager in driving income, controlling costs and delivering exceptional visitor experience.

You will be responsible for leading the team of Food and Beverage Assistants to deliver an exemplary visitor experience within our three catering outlets. Reporting into the Food and Beverage Manager, you will assist in developing seasonal menus, as well as collaborating with the Property Manager and Catering Operations Manager in planning our catering requirements. Whether it's a delicious meal, a sandwich or a traditional cream tea, you'll make sure that everything looks good enough to eat Great food doesn't just appear and outstanding service doesn't happen by accident.'
