An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Neighbourhoods team as we are looking to recruit a new Housing Advisor on a fixed-term basis for the next 6 months.

We are looking for someone who will be able to provide and deliver an efficient and effective administrative service and front-line customer across housing service. You will also need to provide a front-line housing management service, ensuring a one team approach and support to officers within the housing service teams.

In order to fulfil this role you will need the following skills, knowledge & experience already;
- Experience of dealing with customers
- To be able to provide basic housing advice
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Ability to prioritise work load
- Ability to keep accurate records and customer contacts and process requests for service appropriately
