**Complaints Handler - 3 month temporary role with possibility of extension**
**Chatham**
**£15.38 p/hour**

We are currently looking for an experienced Complaints Handler to join our client based in Chatham. This is a great opportunity for someone who is available to start a role ASAP and has experience within a similar role.

Duties include -- Handle all complaints received across all product lines within the response stage of the complaint handling process
- Complete the initial acknowledgement of a complaint
- Take ownership for managing and resolving all customer queries, ensuring a thorough investigation has been carried out
- Provide a great level of service at all times

Requirements -- Experience within a complaints handling role
- Available to start ASAP
- Organised and great time management
